Receive Your Delivery
A member of the Blue Cow Delivery team will deliver your order directly to your house. Please place a cooler at your front door to receive your order.
Pick up options are also available: at Greener Pastures Eco Farm On-Farm Shoppe or at the Woodstock Farmers’ market.

Deliveries within Oxford County will be made Tuesday and Wednesday based on your area of the county. Click the blue hotspots on the map to find out your delivery day. (Please note that customers seeking delivery to apartment buildings in Woodstock may receive their delivery on Friday due to timing and building access).

Blue Cow Delivery is a sister company of Greener Pastures Eco Farm. We are based out of Woodstock, Ontario and currently deliver to all of Oxford County.

Yes! We have 2 options available for pick up. You can pick up at Greener Pastures Eco Farm On-Farm Shoppe during their open hours OR pick up at the Woodstock Farmer’s Market.
We currently only deliver to addresses in Oxford County. When an error occurs with a postal code, it’s because your postal code isn’t within Oxford County or in our system. If you are in Oxford County and still facing the issue, please contact us to get your postal code to added to our database.
You choose your products, choose how often you would like it delivered and place your order. If your order is placed by Wednesday midnight, it will be delivered the following week on the delivery day for your area.
Each product has individual costs based on the item and the size available. When you make your selection, your total will appear. A 10% delivery fee is added to your bill upon checkout. Delivery is FREE for orders over $100. If you choose to pick up your order you will not be charged a delivery fee. You may then pick up your order at the Woodstock Farmers Market or at Greener Pastures Eco Farm On-Farm Shoppe.
No! There is no minimum order.
If you do not have a credit card you can still complete online ordering but you will need to “top up your (online) wallet”. You can do this by sending us an e-transfer or contacting us to prepay. The money received will be put into your online wallet for you to make orders as you wish. You will need to create an account and specify that the funds you are sending us are to be credited to your account.
You do not need to be home to receive your order. Please place a cooler by your front door for your products to go into.

We deliver on Tuesdays and Wednesdays based on your location. Please see the map above and select your area to determine what day your delivery will be. Apartment buildings in Woodstock may receive delivery on Friday.
It is our goal to have residential deliveries completed in the morning. We start early in the morning and go until deliveries are done. Please remember to leave a cooler out for your delivery to go into to keep your product fresh.
If you are in Oxford County we can ship to you. If you receive an error message when you place your order that says delivery is not available, but you are in Oxford County, please contact us to have this corrected. We will want to know what your Postal Code is when you call or email.
Apartment buildings pose interesting challenges for food delivery. We currently service most apartment buildings in Woodstock on Friday. If building access requires special instructions please let us know. We will leave your order by your apartment door. If you will not be home, please place a cooler by the door or ask a neighbor if they might be able to receive your order.
We do offer a some organic products. Please take note in each product’s description or shop within the organic category.
We do our best to include ingredients on some of the products but some are currently unavailable. We encourage you to visit the producer’s website or contact them for further information.
At this time, we don’t have nutritional information for each product. Please visit the producer’s website or call them directly.
The products listed on the website are the products we currently have available to add to your basket. We are always working on introducing new products as they become available from our producers and as we grow.
If you select a “Returnable 1L” or “500mL bottle”, your milk will come in a reusable glass bottle. There is a $2 deposit for each bottle ordered. You can place the empty (rinsed) bottles back in your cooler before your next order arrives. They will be picked up by the driver on your next delivery day. You will receive a $2 credit on your account for every bottle returned. These funds will be available in your online wallet. You will be able to apply these funds to orders placed in the future. Unfortunately they will not be automatically applied to your next subscription renewal if paying by credit card.
During each delivery, a member of the Blue Cow Delivery team will take note of the number of bottles you have left on your front step to exchange. After the deliveries are complete, they will credit your account for the amount and number of bottles. You will receive a credit which can be found by ‘My Account’ and under ‘My Wallet’.

You can simply login to your account, click “My Account” on the top, click into “Subscriptions”, and scroll to the bottom to click “Cancel My Subscription”!
There are no penalties for cancelling! You can simply login to your account, click “My Account” on the top, click into “Subscriptions”, and scroll to the bottom to click “Cancel My Subscription”!
When you are selecting products to add to your basket, select ‘None’ under “Choose a subscription plan:” and you will only be billed once.
If you wish to skip a delivery, please place your subscription on hold before it renews. This can be done by visiting the “my account” tab and going to “subscriptions”.
Already too late? No worries – send us an email and we can make the necessary changes before your scheduled delivery.
You can check your next scheduled billing date online on your account, under “My Account”.
You will need to cancel your existing subscription and make a new order with the change in frequency you are hoping for. Alternatively, you can contact us by email and we can make the necessary changes for you.
Yes, absolutely! You can put your orders on hold for as long as needed. You can do this through your account online.
You may change your address in your account settings. Please also be sure to contact us by email to ensure that we know about any changes in address. We do not recheck the address on each new order.
